1985 Bronco 2 Passenger Side Tailight Turn Signal is dim

Hello guys I just purchased a 1985 Bronco 2 and my current mystery is the passenger side tailight! When you are using the right turn signal the light is very dim. Braking however is full light. Drivers side works perfect! I tried swapping bulbs and the flasher and still no fix! Any ideas???

Do you by chance know which wire is ground on the bulb socket? Also I noticed the flasher is very quiet when right turn signal is activated. The indicator on the dash also is very dim too. If it's not a bad ground what are the odds it's the signal switch?
