1989 BII w/ 1994 Explore Dashboard

Rolled the dice yesterday and spent $50 for a 1994 Ford Explored dashboard from a local salvage yard. Did some research to find out if it would be a easy or direct fit. Compared to my old dashboard on my 1989 BII, the mounting holes and vent lines up. For now, the hardest part was removing my old dash.

On my first post, I was only able to attach one picture. Here is an image of the new and old dashboard.

After several coats of Dupli-Color, I figured out how to eliminate the tiger strips. Wet sand with 1000 grit.

Now that I have the dash in from the 1994 Explorer. How do I fix my Temp and Oil Pressure Gauges? I don't like the aftermarket
