1989 Bronco II 4.0 swap

I'm having trouble getting a straight answer while reading all of these posts and forums on 4.0 swaps into a BII. If I take the dash, all under hood wiring and motor from a 1992 ranger and put them in my bronco will the 4.0 run? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It certainly should.

Your best bet is to get schematics for both model years you're dealing with and locate differences.

There are some Tech Articles in the Tech Libaray over at The Ranger Station that can also provide some information you seek.
