7.5 c clip eliminator kit

Hi all, first post for me here , have an 86 BII which i have recently lifted with a rough country 4 inch and 31 inch mudders, besides a bit of alignment issues which i have almost figured out and fixed, i have noticed a loud klunking sound coming from the rear, im guessing its play from the axles since its a 7.5 with 373 gr, i can hear klunking in the axles when i shake car side to side. i off road on the weekends and ive heard stories of c clip breaking and axle sliding out and ive looked into eliminator kits, anyone done this? feedback please.
