Thank you for your response: Just purchased it.
It started and ran with a little priming and then seemed to loose power and die about 5 miles up the road. Replaced, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, ignition module and coil.
Trying to set timing but it keeps backfiring so its hard to get a good reading. Carb seems tight and no obvious vacuum leaks.
Which way with the distributor to advance timing?
