I replaced my slave cylinder and for some reason the hydraulic line won't seat properly into the slave and i cannot get the cotter pin to fully insert and secure the line. As far as I know the line itself is stock so I figured defective or maybe wrong part. Bought a different brand and am seeing the same issue. When I put the line in the slave I pulled off it seats and cotter pin pops right in with no issue. This is maddening. Can't find a new line and not sure where to go from here. Has anybody else had this issue? Any suggestions? It's getting too cold in CO to ride to work. I need my damn truck back up and running. I posted a picture of the fitting on the hydraulic line just for viaual.
