I bought a project from a guy who started the 4.0 swap. The motor is in as well as the 93 Explorer harness.It will turn over by the key but won't get the fuel pumps to turn on and the relay doesn't click like my 89 Bronco ll. I don't have power at the PCA on terminal 1 yellow wire which needs constant power. At fuse 4 in the distribution box I have power on both sides of the fuse.
Any of you that have experience in this stuff I'd really like to hear from you. I didn't do well in electrical studies class in High school but given some direction I follow them pretty good.Most of my experience was in the old school stuff and new electronics are tough for me but I still try.
