Howdy-

New here.
My Bronco II is my first car so I'm kind of bumbling around figuring out what to upgrade. So far she's pretty much stock. I've had her about a year, and she's been running like a dream, aside from some tranny line leaks and the baseball sized rust hole in my muffler.

Right now I'm trying to figure out a roof rack system for her, since she's missing the factory rails. I've thought about gutter racks, but those are not incredibly aesthetically pleasing.
Is it possible to rip a factory rack off a scrapped Bronco II or a Ranger and attach it? Or should I stick with gutters?

Also, R.I.P all of those pictures on photobucket. Really makes finding good pictures hard.

My credo
Do what you can with what you have where you are
Why do you want to or need to punch holes in a good roof? I looked and looked for a BII with no roof rack. Just more holes to let water into the headliner and rust out the roof. IMHO

Post back here if you find a solution, I'd be very interested in getting a roof rack too!

You can add an Explorer rail on your rig by using nutserts. This will allow you to put a roof rack. You need to do some drilling if you want to put auxiliary lights like hella and kc truck lights.
