This Bii had a rancho 31/2 lift, slightly modified. The PO had installed 2" poly spacers in front and a combo of explorer springs, bell tech shackles and two 1" spacer blocks in the rear. This amalgam should have had approx. 5.5 inches of lift. I ordered a Skyjacker set of 6" drop brackets and springs, the truck already has longer radius arms. After swapping out the passenger beam drop bracket, for a new one that was'nt f****d, it is time to get the alignment close. The drivers side, with an adjustable camber bushing, is spot on. The passenger side is out of bounds. With the adjustable bushing set at the max 3.5 degrees negative, it is still out by 3.5 to 4 degrees positive. It is sitting at ride height, with the weight on the springs. Waaaaayyyyy out. Checked and rechecked, measured, adjusted and fiddled with. Even tried two other D35 beams with the same result. Other mods are the 1/2 ton conversion, (D44 TTB knuckles, spindles etc.) ARB locker with 5.13's.

What have I missed? Some secret mod lost to previous iterations of TRS that have gone unnoticed? I'm down to doing a cut and turn on one of the arms just to see if this is viable.

Comments?

OK, cut and turn it is. Moved the passenger beam 15/16ths of an inch and the drivers side 1/2 inch. Now with the adjustable bushings at 0 degrees, we have o degrees camber, perfect. Success!! Onward!
