Can I Upload Photos To An Album Here?
Yes you can.
You'll see the 'Media' tab at the top of the forum.
Click the Menu tab and you can see links to 'Add Media' and 'Your Content'. If you click on the 'Add menu' you can either upload your photos to predefined categories or scroll all the way down and choose to create your own album. When you visit the page of the photo you uploaded, it will provide you with the link to the photo along with the BB code in case you want to add it to a post later.
Note: The server will not let you upload a photo with a file larger than 2,048 KB. If your photo file is larger than that, you'll have to reduce the size of your image, or upload to a site designed to host photos.
