I found a 91 Explorer radiator that I swapped into my B2. The leaking B2 Radiator had been the thinner version, although also having the transmission cooler. The Explorer radiator was pretty much a direct fit except that the upper hose goes in at a slightly different angle. The Explorer had a 7 psi cap but the B2 cap was 13 psi. Which is the right pressure rating?

I would use 13. I can't remember seeing a 7 on any RBV [Ranger Base Vehicle, of which explorer is one].
