I have a 1989 bronco 2, XLT. Purchased it new from dealer in 1989. One owner, ME. In the past 32 years,i have only seen one other bronco 2 with spats, and it was in the junkyard.

Question, what do you guys think of the spats look? I like it, and now have an extra set from said junk yard in case i need them.

I've never been a fan... if thetre what I'm thinking they are.

But that's the beauty of it... it's your Bronco II. Do what makes you smile.

I chose to keep them on this XLS build. This was the first Bronco II that I found that actually have them. I put a tire on tall enough that it wouldn't rub on them along with a 2-inch lift.

"Love the Looks of it" !! I wish mine had a little more lift, and may do that one day. Years ago, I installed the red poly air bags and heavy coil springs on my 74 bronco, and it raised it just enough for my taste. I may go that route again one day.

Take Care,
