No, you unplugging the Tcase shift motor will only make it so your truck won't shift into 4wd.

I understand, but I have a noise like a spinning electric motor coming from between the front seats, so am trying to find out just where/what is making it. And that's the only electric motor I can find between the seats. It's like a electric sound turning fast and slowing down as the truck slows. Then if you push back down on the gas it stops, and there is a cluck sound. I've called all the Ford shops in Las Vegas, and I don't think they could find their own butts LOL.

It's not the shift motor. It's got to be in the driveline somewhere. It may sound like an electric motor whirring but it is likely low fluid level in the tranny, tcase, or rear diff. Could also be a bearing, an imbalance in the driveline, etc...

I agree there, i was just answering his original question. Just go through your entire Drivetrain and make sure everything is tight and all the fluids are good. Also, do you feel any vibrations in the floorboard when it makes the noise?

No, the only thing you feel is the clunk when you give it gas, and the noise goes right away also. You guys were right. Even with the tcase motor unhooked it still made the dang noise.
