85' B2 Front cab location for starters. Anyone make these or do I have to remove factory rivets and get repaired? This is getting old, so much work, so much $.

I revived an 82' Jeep CJ7 a couple of years ago that had all four of the rear body mounts rusted out just like that (that is a body mount isn't it?). The sides were good, just the top had corroded away. I found some appropriate thickness metal, got new bushings, and made new "tops" for them. Welded them in place....installed the new bushings (did all seven body mounts) and it was good to go. You might be able to find new ones to buy (LMC truck comes to mind), or get some from a junk yard.

I would do as Duffy reccomends too, weld in new metal. Some hardware or bolt supply store will have washers big enough to weld in.
