Fuel injectors for 1986 bronco II

Hey guys I have a 1986 Ford bronco II 2.9 liter and I'm having problems with it flooding out I've changed the fuel pumps both high and low pressure I've changed coolant temp sensor I've changed the brain I've changed the fuel lines all the way up I've changed the injectors I've done a complete tune up.

Have you put a fuel pressure gauge on it?

Have you pulled the vacuum line from the regulator and check for fuel leaking from the regulator?
