Just purchased another 90 bronco two had one like it but sold. This one is manuel tranny with electric transfer. Going to change transfer case to manuel. Has anyone did this change?

I have not done that conversion but there can be a few snags. Late year models got a Dana 35 front axle and the transfer cases on those will be a borg Warner 1354. That transfer case comes with a different style front driveshaft. Has U joint at case instead of a splined shaft. Make sure you get the front driveshaft from the donor truck. If you have the standard Dana 28 you won’t have any issues.

Just finished replacing transfer case from electrical to manual. Had some problems with finding a shifter finally modified one. Think its going to work.
