been having problems with fuse 8 on the power distribution box blowing every time I turn the ignition on but I found the culprit being one of the solenoids shorting in the transmission. But I have this other problem when I turn the ignition on and I hear the fuel pump and some relays do there ordinary thing but something near the distributor is making multiple popping or electrical arcing sounds. Sometimes it does it and sometimes it don’t but when it does the fuel pump just stays on. When I try to turn the engine over it will try to fire but it never runs. some things in the list below we’re replaced because of previous problems: battery, starter relay, starter, TFI Module, and the EEC (computer).
Hopefully I can find the culprit of this problem
