I moved the rear leaf front hangars two inches forward to get my shackle angle better. I noticed at stuff the shackles flattened out and the leafs touched the bumper. All better now.

Heres the side of the rear section of cage.

Start of the Slider

I plan to tie the cab's exo cage to the slider (reason for the slider sitting so far from the rockers

The slider didn't end up where i thought it would in the rear. One cause of the frame curved up and two cause the tire to cab clearance wouldn't allow it where i thought it would go. Heres what i think i might do at the cab corners.

Damn you work fast. I'd still be on the rear axle. Thats probably why my truck is still stock... for now.

Looks really good, like to tube work as well.

Looks good. I probably missed it, but are you planning on extending the exo over the rest of the cab?

Cap the ends of your bumper, it'd look a lot better.

yes plan on full exo but after my trip to kentucky.....i also plan to pull front sides in.

All in do time..............Function before appearance

temporary gas tank mounting till i can afford a fuel cell, the factory skid is bolted to the frame via carriraige bolts. Then a strip of rubber between that and the tank. Then some more rubber between the tank and the factory gas tank straps over the top securing it to the skid plate.

And added some more to the bumper for now....don't wanna finish it as i way cut the core support later and bring the outsides in. So i don't wanna do more to the bumper then i have to till then.

Did really well, I thought with how high it sat it was gonna feel horrible and unstable but it atually felt extremely comfortable.

Mashed the Right Fender, and need to resecure the Left lower coil bucket (kept popping the spring out) and the starter is having issues. Also it is running hot so a new thermostat is in the works.

Found a tree

kicking my coil spring back into the bucket

More Pics from yesterday

Let the wife drive it (shes not real good at the manual trans thing, but in 4-lo and 5.13's made it pretty easy for her).
