OK,so this I my 2nd B2. This one is n 88 Eddie Bauer bone stock, I bought from the lot next to my work. My last one was an 89 XLT. This one the body is in way better shape. Untill I get a garage it will be collecting parts and maintanace. But she will get the 4.0L and exploder axles with the new dash and a paint job.

This one will be first fote into body work... It should be exciting

Looks pretty good. I've got an 88 Bronco 2 Eddie Bauer edition as well, however mine doesn't have that center console...didn't have one at all when I got it so I put one in out of an explorer...however, your bronco 2 and the one I found at a pick a part that is an EB edition has that center console with the vehicle information display, wonder if someone yanked the one out of mine, or was that console actually just an option?

What did you end up paying for your B2?

Pretty good price. Looks pretty clean other than a couple rust issues at the fenders, which I swear must be a factory option LOL.

Small progress... Started taking the 25+ year old tint off... God I hate this crap... Sad part is the back windows are already factory tinted... Good by purple tint.... And good riddance.

Now I get to chase a leak... I have water on the passenger floor board, and come to find out the truck has a window broken out, and the inertia switch has been bypassed. Fun

More maintenance... I hate chasing shorts. I had no taillights, now, I have found I have short in the lights causing a feedback and am blowing my fuse. Anyone know how to pull the light loom out of the rear number at the frame rail without taking off the bumper, hitch or dropping the gas tank? I'm going to go to the junk yard and see if I can cheer and just replace the harness that has already be cannibalized repeatedly and fried a few times...

So, driving to Subway for lunch today, pull in the driveway and I hear a rattle rattle clunk scrape... Crawl under the truck and find my muffler folded under the rear axle... Is it sad that it sound quieter now. More things on the list to replace.

A few days ago, as I'm driving, I lean back and the driver seat decides to fold back.... That was exciting. So after a junkyard trip, I now have high back seats and center console from a 1992 explorer... I love them, the are what I had in my 89 b2. I haven't attached the console yet, pulling the seats , cleaning my floors and swapping seat rails took most of my spare time today.

More maintenance... just dropped about $150 on leaf springs, trans mount sending unit/ fuel filter, rear axle seal and a headlight switch pigtail. ... I got the axle seal on today ( I don't recommend synthetic gear oil). Next I get to cut off my hitch to do my sending unit. I hate siezed nuts.... after all the new parts are done, brakes all the way around and a radiator make the next spending spree

Finally got u bolts (custom bent is soooo much cheaper than pre made) and the bushing for the expoder springs. Now to finish getting the rubberotof the springsand getthem on. I will try and get before and after pics and number for those interested in lift onfo. Btw, anyone looking for explorer shackle bushing, red polyethylene. I don't need them for anything, but you can't but the spring bushing without them.

Got the springs preped for the new bushing. Derusted, pulled the old bushing out and painted. Ready to put the new bushings in and put them in the truck...

Headed to take the kids to school yesterday, gal in front of me decided to turn into the coffee stand. Never saw a turn signal... Locked the brakes and bang. Ford staight up a Kia's ass. Thankfully no one was hurt. But so much for no major body work on my truck.

Ouch. Could be worse. Looks like you should be able to just replace the bumper and r/front fender.
