what do you have for a tow rig?

This is my tow rig, it has no problem handling the weight of the Punisher, I can cruise at 80mph and pass about everything but a gas station.

That badge says V10 right? I work with a guy who has an '02 Excursion on 35's and it got 8.4 highway yesterday with 4 of us and our snowboarding gear. Id hate to see what that engine gets towing 3 tons.

Actually mine isnt that bad, yes it is a V10, has auto, with 3.73's with 31"s
I normally get about 14 on the highway and about 11-12 in town and when I haul my crawler at 70 & 80 mph I get about 7.5-8mpg.

They dont get as bad as everbody thinks. Ive pulled 16mpg in my dads truck before with the average around the same as yours. His truck is exactly the same as yours down to the canopy (3.73's, 31's crewcab shortbed).

Excellent work. Must have taken a little bit of money and a lot of time to do a build like that, and it looks like it came out well.

You could probably drive right over my Explorer.
