I have a 86 Bronco II with vent windows in the doors. How do I remove the assembly so that I can repair the bottom pivot. It is leaking every time it rains. In the PAcific NorthWest, we get lots of rain.
I have checked out both the Haynes and the Chilton Manuals. Neither are of any help. LMC website (Catalog FR.65) shows me a universal repair kit and a couple of the picot parts, but no pic showing how the assembly is mounted in the door.
I did remove one bolt under the trim panel above the window crank, but it is still seems to be anchored somewhere else.

If I recall there's a bolt inside the door frame, you'll have to remove the inside door panel to get to it, other than that I'm not sure where the other fasteners are. My 88 Bronco 2 has the same issue on the passenger door just haven't got the nerve up to try to fix it.
