yes it will fit.. just have to pull the cam out of the auto hub.. i used to weld the auto hubs to make drive hubs. never had to worry about them coming unlocked. i had them on manual hardware due to the nature it was easier to take apart. had it on my race truck and it worked gerat

is the front shaft a slip shaft at the tcase? if so its a 1350.. if its bolted then a 1354.. the front output shaft can be replaced.

your best to get a complete explorer an swap over what you want. the explorer is going to have stronger componets.

i had that problem.. it was bad wires well CHEAP wires... replaced them an sprayed a little clear coat an it was fixed..

iam gonna have to say watch out on that front diff.. a locked dana 28 is like sticking a grenade up your bum.. bye bye axle shafts.. you can snap them easily with 235s an a open carrier. with 33s a matter of minutes.. ive got 31s an and a fully locked b2 but i changed the front axle to a 35...

i wouldnt go f150 coils.. id just put spacers under the front .. the coils would be a REALLY STIFF ride.. i fit 31s STOCK on my b2 an just cut the center out.. hence they were rotted an its a tough truck so who cares.... with a 3inch lift an lifting the front with spacers about 1-2 inches you...
