Hello,
New to the forum. Just bought a 1984 Bronco II with 2.8 and 5-speed. The trans and transfer case were with the truck but not installed. The truck was missing the engine-to-bellhousing separator plate, crossmember, flywheel, clutch fork and all of the nuts and bolts. I have located a clutch fork, ordered a clutch kit with clutch disc, pressure plate, throw-out and pilot bearing. I still need a flywheel, separator plate and flywheel shim as well as all the nuts and bolts.
I have an '85 Bronco II with an automatic. Can I use the separator plate and crossmember from that truck? Are they the same? What thickness flywheel shim do I use? I was thinking of ordering a new Zoom flywheel from Summit.
Need the truck for winter. Any help appreciated.

Hit the bone yards with a toolbox and find a good donor for the necessary hardware you will probably find something else you need at the same time. Timeing is everything around here anything with a carb goes to the crusher first thing.
