Post up your worst mod you did even though it was temporary.

Here is mine I did today. :icon_rofl::icon_rofl::icon_rofl: It was on my spare hood. But if it helps I'll do something better and more pleasing on my good hood.

I used a piece of 1/4" rope to hold the front shock onto the lower stud when it broke off at the threads. I looped around the shock body, and then around the radius arm. Left it for about 2 months before I cut off what was left of the old stud and had a bolt welded on. No pics.

Not so delightfully,

This was a motor mount that held in a Chevy Monza 262 V8. Missed over this as well as a few other interesting things before I bought the car when doing a 327 swap. Note the self-drilling screws. In a pinch (out of money), I just had a friend come over and weld the damn things in place to get it going again.

I don't hate Chevy as much as the people that work on em' and do stuff like this! :D I know another Chevy guy who does stupid shit like this too, I don't get it. Seen him adjust an oil pump sump level by trying to mig weld it to the cast iron engine block. :icon_confused: This is why I am not a die hard Chevy guy.
