I'm sure it can be done, my question is how hard would it be to do? Also if I do this swap what are my options for lifts? Would I still be looking for B2 lifts or would I look for full size bronco lifts or am I looking at building a custom lift? I'm looking for a wider stance.

Any thoughts? Advice?

There is plenty of info in the forums if yoy do a little search. Yes it can be done and has been done by many people here at TRS. You are looking at a little fabrication. There are some good threads about what springs to use and how much lift can be expected.

for the rear look at bIV his has the f150(which should be the same as the bronco leaves) for the rear

78-79 broncos would be the best donors
70s f-150 and 250s would be next

and if you want ttb
