nerf bars

howdy everyone/been hunting high n low for nerf bars for a 90 bii....no luck whatsoever, endless hours on the internet givn me a headache...I heard old cj jeep series will weld on frame...any suggestions? thx:bawling:

Make your own if you have the available tools plus you can design them any way you want and don't have to settle for something you don't really want.

I would make them myself as well, unless you like the chromey round tube and rubber foot pad. If you offroad though, these get banged up and trashed really easily. It's extremely thin metal. Have you looked up only BII bars, or Explorer bars as well?

See if you can source a standard cab ranger Nerf steps, and use those. It should be the length you want, as opposed to the extended cab frame. You may have you change the brackets if you decide to bolt them in. If you are welding them in, then that doesnt matter and just use the Nerf bars as is.
