I see those go for 1500$ stock...

I would remove the body lift though..

I looks exactly like mine, except mine has no lift and is 2wd... I think it's a good deal if it runs...

he says it runs good. it has a 4.0
he says it has a lockright locker in the rear

Be careful getting into someone elses project. Just remember that more than likely you will end up dumping a decent amount of money into it to get it running/driving properly. One of the reasons I don't buy others projects.

Looks decent to me, a good start at least. I'd definitely get gears and maybe take out the BL and drop down to 33s.

I agree if you get it ditch the body lift and get some cut out flares I don’t think they make them for the explorer but I bet a set of ranger flares would work that way you could keep the 35s. And sense there is a little rust make sure there is no rust near the body mounts or any were else important that could cause you problems later Good price.
