Transmission question. My B2 has a c-4/c-5 hybrid, fresh rebuild. What tranny fluid should I use?

Sorry for not replying sooner as I didnt know that I had a message. Usally it has a pop up that tells you that you have a message. Anyways to answer your question YES it is an 80's casting block. That casting started in 1980 and Ford used it untill they changed something about it and then it would get a new casting number like E5AE.....Mike.

My block is marked E0AE. That makes it a 1980 correct?
