Whereabouts in Oregon are you?

i got my rebuilt starter ($250 + labor) from a independent repair shop, a new starter is not available.
lots of items are available through rock auto or lmc truck. but the starter is one of the more challenging items to find.

Hello, My name is Jeff and I am going to buy a 87 4X4 diesel ranger in the next few weeks. It has been sitting for a while and I know it needs a new starter. I have checked a few places and was wanting to know where to get parts for them. Any help would be great. Thanks Jeff
