I have removed all the screws from the panel but it still doesnt want to come. It seems as though the fabric trim piece up near the window is what is keeping it in place, how do I remove it or loosen it

Thanks

are you sure you got all the screws?

theres some under the carpet

its all one piece, all the way to the roof, so the seatbelt has to come off

if you have the side storage compartments, i think you may have to take them off, or the screws are accessible from inside

oh yeah, looking at some old pics of mine, theres some clips holding it too. best pic i have is the pass side

That trim piece below the window is held with those plastic pin things that just push on. Pull it off and there should be a few more screws behind there.

Basically I am trying to gain access to the rear portion behind the wheel well. I am hoping that there is enough room to mount an air compressor and then cut a piece in the plastic just for the sake of ventilation.

I have found the screws below the carpet and now im just struggling with the trim piece. BTW junkie is that the fabric tric piece. And if so do I pull up or out

Pull out (maybe wiggle it while pulling).

It has those plastic finned pin thing-a-ma-bobs behind it that hold it in the holes. They should just pull out (although on occasion they do sometimes break off)
