changed front ends

Decided to change front ends from 88 to 89:
Old:

New:

Didn't use front clip from 89 just fenders, grill ,rock guard ,headlight assemblly's ,hood and bumper.
Modified 88 rad cradle to accept 89 front end.

Bumper being pain to line up along with hood will go back to it in 4 days.

Haven't tried it to fit yet but may still put brush guard back on and it may look okay or better.

Unfortuneatelly i did so many modifications to 88 rad cradle i'll have to live with 89 front end.

I like the older look, but only with round headlights like CopyKats...

I think the gen 2 look is bad A with clear markers...

repairing a very poor patch

Whoever patched this used a combination of bondo up to 2 inch's thick in back, fiberglass cloth and dryer duct tin held on by duct tape and bondo'd over.Pulled back the tin it was soaked.

Wonder why water got inside...

I managed to get everything cut out for repair but got rained out hopefully finish tommorrow and update pics.

ha ha i didn't notice the mastercraft tools....and there was still some rad support there?any i have changed ,there was nothing holding the bottom of the radiator or front body mounts.
i have to repair the rocker and curved part/cab corner on the door jam on my ranger. so far i have replaced the rad support, driver's side floor pan,cab corner.still to do.......left rocker, both cab corners, and the lower part of the cab below the rear window, a '85 and new brunswick winters .....lol

Lots to go still every little patch is a step closer to finishing.
I originally had it scheduled for a safety this Friday think i'll push it off another week.
