I’m having a problem with my 1989 Bronco II and I am curious to see if anybody else has had issues with this. The bronco has 98,000 miles and is in good condition otherwise. I just got it back from the shop where the transmission lines were replaced. My first time driving after this the car stalled five or six times, including every time I shifted into reverse. For context this is an automatic transmission. It would also stall when shifting from park into drive after the initial stall. After that it stalled once while idling in park and once when idling in drive. Rpm’s and idle are normal/not too high or low. There isn’t any noticeable misfiring or engine knocking before the stalls, the engine just dies. This Bronco has a new fuel filter and fuel line. Any ideas would be appreciated.
