I have an 87 b2 The AC compressor and Blower motor run of the same 30 amp fuse. Fuse gets hot when I turn both AC and blower motor on it will melt the fuse sometimes. The slot for the 30 amp fuse is loose could that be my problem, should the AC and Blower motor be on same fuse? I can turn AC on and Blower motor off and fuse is cool no problem. I'm thinking about relocating the AC to a separate switch and fuse. This happens every summer when I turn on AC but during the winter when I only use the Blower motor fuse is cool no problems. Thanks for reading if you need more info let me know.

It's the loose connection at the fuse. Poor connections have resistance.... resistance = heat.
