85 Bronco 2 electric choke wire always has power

1985 Bronco 2. Electric choke wire always has power. Replaced relay and same problem. Have converted to duraspark. Ideas?????

The choke wire should be hot with the key on.

If you have 12volts there with key off... you're shorted to battery or you wired things wrong in your conversion efforts.

The choke wire should be hot with the key on.

If you have 12volts there with key off... you're shorted to battery or you wired things wrong in your conversion efforts.
I wired the conversion following the guide on here so hopefully that isn't the issue. What wire do you suppose could be shorted? Which ones should I check at the choke relay? Also I tried using the wiring diagram but the wires it shows are not the same as what I have at the relay. Super confused on this one
