86 BII TK-5 to M50D Driveshaft length quick question

Planning on keeping the 2.9 unless I can find a donor with a 4.0. Since I have a 4x4 I was wondering if there will be any problems the transfer case or driveshafts or if the M50D will bolt right in. What's the deal?
