Try connecting a code reader and see if you are able to get any codes. If you don't get any codes then you would know it could be your wiring or ignition?

Had a problem while replacing the heads on my new Bronco II. It would crank but not start. I connected a code reader to check for codes and I didn't get a blink (no clicking noise also). The only other thing that I had done was to replace the stator in the distributor (module tested OK). Replaced the distributor with another distributor with used module and stator and it started right up.
