I don't know if it is due to the weather condition, but my car's air conditioning unit blows hot air instead of cold one. I have this car for almost a year now.

I would guess you are low on or out of 134a in the AC system. There is a who AC thread do a search or just look for it under AC and you can read everything you ever will need to know about your AC.

Take it in and have the refrigerant level checked.
