Well after installing my washers under my coils I took the truck in for an alignment. When I got it back, they told me to give it a couple weeks to settle in. Its been over a month and the tires still angle out. Am I just going to have to deal with it until I get different camber bolts? I thought just doing the stacked washers would still keep the it in spec on the stock bolts.

Sorry for the noob question, suspensions are not my strong point.

How tall of a stack of washers did you use?

Sounds like you still have positive camber correct?

What brand coils are they? It can take alot longer than a month for them to settle in.

If your camber is only off by a little bit, new bushings will fix it. Better yet a set of fully adjustable ones work great if you can find a shop that will deal with them. If its off by alot your best bet is to take some of the washers out.

Do you have a print out of the camber/caster/toe specs of your truck from the alignment shop?

No print out. Stock coils. I didn't want to have to buy adjustable ones until I decide to lift it more.

If you didn't weld the washers I'd suggest you take out a few depending on their thickness and depending on how much positive camber there is. My hunch is that your shouldn't have to take very many out.

Like I said, you could do that or if its only off by about a degree or so the alignment shop should be able to get a correct sized bushing to adjust it into specs.

Remember TTB has a 1:1.5 lift ratio, meaning if you put an 1" of washers underneath the coil, its going to lift it 1.5" so do that math first if you go the washer removal route.

Ok thanks. I actually wanted to put more in. Its still not level with my rear. Guess I'll just deal with it until I throw the money into lifting it more.

The 2-piece adjustable ones can be reused with an actual lift, they are fully adjustable. I'd go ahead and get them instead of possibly ruining your tires.
