What alternator can i swap in on my truck that us a direct bolt on that puts out more than 45 amps?

Just FYI I have a 85 B2 with a 2.8 thats durasparked

So does the 2.8 and 2.9 have the same mounting pattern.

That one looks good, thanks for the link.

The one in that link says its a one wire. It looks like it is for the big wire that comes off the alt i have now, but what about the two little ones that go to the alt?

not sure i believe it has everything u need, its a direct replacement for 84-85 bronco ii's, not some universal crap. usually summit has instructions on their side but they didnt list them for this part

also i know that one of those little wires is for the amp guage on the dash, the other im not really sure of, ive got some cleaning up underhood to do today so ill check em out and see what they go to

EDIT: found the instructions online, the two little go to fords external regulator, and the new one has those wires

heres the instructions that i found
