another power window question

New to site just bought a 1990 b2 xlt 4wd. Passenger window will go up and down fine if jumped with battery. Will go up fine from door switches. Will not go down from either door switch. Pulled motor anyways and replaced with one from salvage yard- same thing. What am I missing?

Sounds like a bad switch.

Thanks, started working all by itself. Darn gremlins. Now my 4x4 lights will not come on. Neither light comes on. Might get me a shiftster.
