can i take the front dana 28 off my bronco ii 84

and replace it with the axle off a ford explorer 95

/edit i mean like change it really easy lol

YES.
It is a direct bolt in, takes a half day to remove and reinstall. Use the Explorer springs.
The brake hoses connect to the Explorer calipers in a different location, use the calipers that are on the B2 now.
You will need to check the alignment when the job is completed.
EDIT;
Excuse me, I missed the part about the 95 Explorer front end. That will only work if you swap the B2 body on to the 95 frame. This has been done, but I don't know about the outcome. The B2 body will need to be stretched a few inches. I will try to find a picture of one that was done in Iceland? I believe.

No, Explorer only had TTB from 91-94. 95+ Explorers use SLA front suspension, which is not even close to the same suspension as the Bronco II.
