I didn't know where to put this so feel free to move it.

My 1987 has lost about an inch of transmission height because the rear transmission mount and the bushings in the cross member are worn. I have order new transmission mount and engine mounts and will replace those. I'd also like to do the bushings in the cross member but can't find them anywhere. I read that these might be integral to the cross member so I need a whole new cross member, If that's true, that's dumb. But, I am thinking if I can't find new bushings purpose made for the cross member, then some garden variety bushings will likely work. Does anyone have any hints for me here?

Is this the cross member that has bushings on both sides that are on the outside of the framerails? Its a dumb system IMO. Look for a later cross member that bolts to the inside of the frame and has no bushings.
