My apologies for not looking up the info BEFORE posting.
I need to change my drive shaft, now I have looked for the info I need and there are many different choices. I am in Canada so I am not going to purchase a new shaft from the US, not in my budget. I have a CV style slip yolk and it looks like I need a U-Joint drive shaft from an Explorer. My question is what year explorer? I have a 90 B2, 35 Dana front, 7.5 rear end, is there a spline difference? Will a 91 Explorer shaft bolt up? I'm up 5.5 inches in the rear, I am guessing that I will have to shorten the new shaft to fit? What about a 2 door Explorer shaft?? I'll keep searching the site for more info, but I need to deal with this quick, so any help would be welcome.
