I am thinking about ordering a Ruff Country steering stabilizer for my B2. When I first got it it was not that bad, but shortly after that i replaced the front brakes and rotors, repacked wheel bearings, and greased the steering components. One joint had a bunch of water shoot out of it. Now the steering is all over the place. Would the stabilizer help enough? I am not ready to throw a bunch of money into a completely upgraded steering system.

Thanks. I have ran through that and didn't find anything, but I'll look again. Oh and btw my front end has not been lifted yet.

I think you just need to find the worn out part and replace it. I'd look at your tie rod ends, and radius arm bushings. You shouldn't have any issues with good parts.

A lot of bump steer issues are caused by either bad tie-rod ends (but then you should have a pull when braking too) or bad ball joints. Stick a jack under the outer end of the axle, jack it up, and pry up on the tires with a bar. You will probably find anything that might have gone bad and be causing bump steer.
