Last night i took the bii for a drive and as i was going around a turn at 40-42MPH when some stupid doe ran out right in front of me and smacked into the bumper. :icon_hornsup: I think the D-ring tab got him first then the tires, atleast the bii isn't torn up.:yahoo:

I pulled it off of the road and into the woods. I have a lot of foxes around here, and i'm sure they'd love to have it more than i would.

Mythbusters did an episode on that... Well, on whether a car could make it under a moose. Not even a Honda CRV was low enough, You would probably need to be in a Miata or MGB without a windshield, and still need a bit of luck. lol

But yeah, between 1500lb Moose, 500lb Caribou and 1000lb Grizzly Bears, driving can be a real bitch.

No joke, I saw a semi hit a horse on HWY 61/67 just south of DeSoto, MO. The horse got loose out of a stable and ran into the highway. I don't know horses that well but it was one BIG all brown horse. The horse died and the Semi had some pretty good damage but drove away. My friend was working for MODOT (Missouri Dept of Transportation) and he drove around and picked up the roadkill (crappy job but it pays well). I called him and told him on Monday he would be picking up a dead horse from the side of the highway and he didn't believe me. They had to get a big backhoe/frontloader and a flatbed to haul it away.

I was going down a big hill on some bike trails. I spooked it I guess and it took off in front of me across the trail and boom. deer are scary when they're alive. Thats what compound bows are for.
