Replaced the fuel pressure regulator on 88 Bronco II. It fixed the rich and poor idle so that it passed inspection. But it is leaking now from the O-ring between regulator and fuel rail. I got NAPA to give me a warranty one which I took just the O-ring. Still leaking. The Ford manual shows a washer above the O-ring that it said to discard. The new Regulator does not come with a washer over the O-ring. What am I missing?
