I have a'89 BII, that caught FIRE, a couple months ago, I put a new fueltank and pump, lines and wiring. Now when she runs gas comes out the muffler, and she ran like CRAP...Could the FP Regulator be bad or clogged or stuck open..Or do I have bigger problems...

Take vacuum line off FPR and see if there is fuel or the smell of fuel in it.

If not then it is OK.

Fuel comes out the exhaust pipe???

Stuck open injectors or grounded injector wires.
Fuel injectors get 12volts when key is on, computer grounds the injectors to open them.
'89 is probably Batch Fire injection, this means 3 injectors are opened at the same time, then the other 3 the next time, so there are only 2 ground wires to control 6 injectors.

Try this test
turn key on
press gas pedal to the floor and hold it there
now crank engine
it should NOT fire, continue cranking for a few seconds.

If it fires then injectors are leaking or open for some reason

The:
turn key on
press gas pedal to the floor and hold it there
now crank engine
Is to clear a flooded engine, it turns injectors off but leaves spark on
So if it fires there is fuel coming in

So just tried this little test out because I had suspicion my injectors were leaking or stuck. It fired right up within maybe two seconds so my injectors are bad?

Like Ron said, you have batch fire, cylinders 1,2,4 fire together and the white wire goes to the ECU for control and grounding, red wire is power. Cylinders 3, 5, 6 have a tan ground wire. Think I'm seeing the diagram right.
