I'm planning on using Herculiner to do my floorboards as I just picked up a parts truck and plan on using the interior but don't want carpet anymore.

So my question is how much is required, for $100 I can get the 1 gal kit with the brushes/roller ect. But they also sell it by the quart for like $30. And then you can buy the rollers ect for like $15. So has anyone done this before ? Do I need the gallon or will 1 or two quarts work fine ?

How much does the can say it will cover?

I would guess that you don't need a gallon, but you never know. Also, the thicker you do it the less it cover of course.

yes, the kit you buy at any auto parts store should be plenty. if not, just buy an extra quart. it should be less than 120 to do it all.

I think I did 3 coats on my Ranger's bed with the 1 gal can and still had some left.

Alright, I think I'll just get the gallon kit for $99 Rather not have to stretch out what I have, better extra than not enough.

Gotta finish up a few things on my fullsize Bronco then I can start on the II
