Increasing Horsepower

I just purchased a 1990 Ford Bronco II....What is the cheapest way to increase the horsepower from the 2.9?

The cheapest way is to sell the 2.9 and swap in a 4.0.

Yep you've got a 90, so a 4.0 swap is even easier.
