Lights, and radio problems.

Howdy, I have a 1990 Bronco 2,2.9L with a combination of dome lights and radio problems. I got the lights to work after checking the ground wire and removing the paint, but now the lights flicker on and off when I am at a stop and start to accelerate, I am clueless, the next problem has to do with the radio, its the XLT, but the first owner installed an after market radio, the speakers go out on occasion, and will even eject a cd at random without me pushing the button, or even when there isn't a cd in the radio. Again very stumped need some advice on where to begin. Thank yall.

Sounds like ground problems. Check the wiring to the stereo and make sure the ground is good.
